“The staff was very friendly and willing to help out. The room was clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this place”

“Nice lakeside view from the room. Close distance from nearby Faulensee pier for Thunersee cruise.”

“good”

“Lake side view is good. Breakfast is at the standard. Away from downtown so better with your own car. Depends if you need more convenience ”

“Everything”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice……

“NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT VIEWS, FACILITIES AND SERVICES.”

“Amazing”

“The hotel was ok The pillow very old need to be changed. It was more flat than the curtain. So I used the curtain as a.pillow after rolling it It needs to be changed . We go to hotel to sleep first so .. the bed should be the most important The parking hirs the car down as it curve is too big Otherwise staff ok and breakfast classic but helpful in the morning”
